Who we are

This page is run by Demandcheck, a product that's still being built. We're using this page to find out whether people want it. You can reach us through the contact form linked in the footer.

What we collect and why

If you join the waitlist, we store the email address you give us, the time you signed up, and which button on the page you used. If you use the contact form, we store your email and message so we can reply. We use it for one purpose: to email you when early access opens, and occasionally to ask what you'd want from the product. We don't sell or share your address.

With your consent, we use Google Analytics to see how visitors use the page (which sections they read, how far they scroll, which buttons they click) and Google Ads conversion tracking to see which ads led to signups. These are aggregated. We don't try to identify individual visitors.

Cookies

The page sets no tracking cookies until you press Accept on the banner. If you press Reject, Google Analytics and Google Ads run in a cookieless mode that sends no identifiers. You can change your choice at any time using the Cookie settings link in the footer.

If you accept, Google may set cookies in line with its own policies. See Google's privacy policy at policies.google.com/privacy for how Google uses that data.

Who processes your data

The page and its database are hosted by Railway. Waitlist signups and contact messages are stored in our own database there; no form service sees them. Analytics and ad measurement are provided by Google. Railway and Google act as processors under their own terms.

How long we keep it

Waitlist emails are kept until the product launches or the idea is shelved, and in either case no longer than 12 months from the date of this page. Analytics data is retained according to Google Analytics' default settings.

Your rights

You can ask to see what we hold about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted, using the contact form. Messages sent through it are stored the same way as signups, so we can reply. Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link. If you're in the UK, you can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
